BBQ Pulled Pork Burgers
Instructions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients for the BBQ rub. Rub it thoroughly all over the meat. Let it rest while the grill is preheating. For best results let it rest for 24 hours.

  2. Load your Evolve Kamado grill with plenty of charcoal, so that it could last for up to 18 hours. Preheat it to 120°C.

  3. Make sure there are no direct flames. Place wood chips on coal for smoking. If you want a strong flavor - regularly check if more chips need to be added.

  4. Place ceramic deflectors and grill grate. Lightly rush the grates with olive oil and put pork shoulder on it.

  5. Grill the meat over the deflector for about 16 hours or until the internal temperature reaches ~90°C.

  6. Wrap the meat in foil and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

  7. Shred the meat and enjoy!
