Butter Burgers

Butter Burgers
  1. Preheat Evolve Kamado grill to 200°C.

  2. Meanwhile, grate the butter using the fine side.

  3. Mix ground meat, butter, add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Form 6-7 burger patties, keep the thickness an about 1-1.5 cm.

  5. Prepare your grill for direct cooking by placing grill grates. Brush them lightly with oil and place burgers on top. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.

  6. While the burgers are cooking, place the buns on one side and allow them to toast for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Flip burgers and place a slice of cheese on each side.

  8. Remove everything from the grill and form burgers.


In order to prevent the burgers from cupping, make a small indent in the center of each patty. Serve burgers with salad and your favorite sauce.

  • 1 kg beef

  • 120g butter, frozen

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 14 slices of cheese

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • buns
