Preheat Evolve Kamado grill to 200°C.
Meanwhile, grate the butter using the fine side.
Mix ground meat, butter, add salt and pepper to taste.
Form 6-7 burger patties, keep the thickness an about 1-1.5 cm.
Prepare your grill for direct cooking by placing grill grates. Brush them lightly with oil and place burgers on top. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
While the burgers are cooking, place the buns on one side and allow them to toast for 2-3 minutes.
Flip burgers and place a slice of cheese on each side.
Remove everything from the grill and form burgers.
In order to prevent the burgers from cupping, make a small indent in the center of each patty. Serve burgers with salad and your favorite sauce.
