Grilled Banana Boats
Preheat Evolve Kamado grill to 200°C.
Cut a slit along the unpeeled banana and pull apart slightly to create an opening. Make sure not to cut all the way through.
Insert chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into banana slits and place each of them on a piece of aluminum foil to hold the shape while cooking.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until marshmallows soften.
