Grilled Shrimp with Mango BBQ sauce

Grilled Shrimp with Mango BBQ sauce
  1. Preheat your Evolve Kamado grill and allow it to reach a temperature of about 200°C.

  2. Place grill grates for direct cooking.

  3. Season the shrimp with the salt, garlic powder and pepper.

  4. Grill the shrimp on direct heat for 2-3 minutes oneach side until pink.

  5. Remove from the grill and cover with foil to keep warm.

  6. Prepare the sauce: blend together BBQ sauce and mango cubes.

  7. Mix grilled shrimp with 2 tablespoons of sauce and serve with the leftover sauce.


Serve grilled shrimp as a party snack or for dinner with rice on the side. Make sure to blend the sauce to a smooth consistency.


  • 500 g shrimp, peeled

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper

  • 300 g of your favorite BBQ sauce

  • 1 mango, sliced to cubes
