Grilled Shrimp with Mango BBQ sauce
Preheat your Evolve Kamado grill and allow it to reach a temperature of about 200°C.
Place grill grates for direct cooking.
Season the shrimp with the salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Grill the shrimp on direct heat for 2-3 minutes oneach side until pink.
Remove from the grill and cover with foil to keep warm.
Prepare the sauce: blend together BBQ sauce and mango cubes.
Mix grilled shrimp with 2 tablespoons of sauce and serve with the leftover sauce.
Serve grilled shrimp as a party snack or for dinner with rice on the side. Make sure to blend the sauce to a smooth consistency.
500 g shrimp, peeled
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder

300 g of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 mango, sliced to cubes
