WHY KAMADO?
Kamado grills took their name from a traditional Japanese cooking appliance. This egg-like shaped vessel features a heavy ceramic construction that offer unique cooking benefits. Not only ceramic construction offers perfect heat insulation to control, reach and keep a steady temperature, it also requires less wood or charcoal for cooking the same amount of food.
Thick ceramic walls and egg shape provide more versatility than a simple metal or gas grill. Cook directly over the flame, deflect the heat for indirect cooking and oven-like space or prepare 2 different zones for various cooking methods simultaneously.
