How to use the pizza stone in your kamado
Place the stone on the grate above the heat deflectors and heat both together to 300–350 °C. Allow 30–45 minutes for the stone to really store the heat, otherwise the base stays pale. A pizza then takes about 2–4 minutes. All the steps are in our kamado pizza guide.
