These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and use of the website www.evolve-kamado.eu.
These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers unless otherwise stated.
3. Products & Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Evolve Kamado reserves the right to:
- modify product specifications, prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice;
- discontinue products without liability;
- limit quantities purchased per customer or order;
- reject orders where fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or unauthorized reseller activity is suspected.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the nature of ceramic products and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, customs duties, or additional service fees may be charged separately during checkout.
Evolve Kamado reserves the right to correct:
- pricing mistakes;
- typographical errors;
- inaccurate product information.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, Evolve Kamado may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
5. Order Acceptance
An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase products.
Evolve Kamado reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- product unavailability;
- suspected fraud;
- payment issues;
- incorrect customer information;
- pricing or technical errors;
- abnormal or bulk purchasing behavior.
Automatic order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance of the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Evolve Kamado is not liable for delays caused by:
- carriers or logistics providers;
- customs procedures;
- force majeure events;
- weather conditions;
- supply chain disruptions;
- incorrect customer information.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Visible transport damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours together with photographic evidence.
7. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchase contracts within 14 days in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

8. Warranty & Legal Guarantee
All consumer purchases are covered by the legal guarantees provided under applicable European Union legislation.
In addition, Evolve Kamado provides the following commercial warranty:
- lifetime warranty for the ceramic grill body / egg-shaped ceramic structure;
- 2-year warranty for accessories and additional components.
The warranty applies only under normal household use and proper maintenance.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic deterioration;
- rust, discoloration, or environmental exposure;
- misuse, overheating, impact damage, improper fuel usage, or improper maintenance;
commercial misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty decisions may require inspection, photographs, or return of products or parts.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolve Kamado shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- loss of profits;
- business interruption;
- loss of data;
- improper product use;
- damages resulting from failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.
10. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for:
- using products safely and responsibly;
- following all provided instructions and warnings;
- ensuring products are suitable for intended use;
- supervising grills and open flame products during operation.
Evolve Kamado shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
- misuse;
- overheating;
- improper installation;
- unsafe operation;
- use of unauthorized fuels or accessories.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- text;
- images;
- graphics;
- logos;
- product descriptions;
- designs;
- trademarks;
- website structure;
- is the property of Evolve Kamado or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
