Evolve BBQ GLOVES
9,99 €
Original kamado accessories from Evolve are matched to the 51 cm grate of the Ultra Series, so there is no measuring to check whether a grate or a stone will fit. Each piece is built for the temperatures a ceramic grill actually reaches, not those of a gas barbecue.
For cooking there are cast iron grates at EUR 73.99, which hold heat well enough to leave a proper sear, and the black glazed pizza stone at EUR 29.99. For fire management, the charcoal basket at EUR 46.99 keeps the fuel together so a two-zone fire stays where you put it, and the Easy Ash Tray at EUR 29.99 takes the mess out of clearing up.
For handling and setup: BBQ gloves at EUR 9.99, the BBQ tool set at EUR 32.99, a premium leather apron at EUR 31.99, and the premium cart with wheels at EUR 199 in plastic or wooden shelves, which turns a solo kamado into something you can move and work at.
Evolve accessories are matched to the 51 cm grate diameter of the Evolve Ultra Series and fit both The Beast and The Beauty. For kamados from other manufacturers, check the grate diameter first.
For pizza, yes. The kamado reaches the temperature easily, but without a stone the base only gets heat from the air below it and stays soft. The glazed stone stores heat and draws moisture out of the dough, which is what makes the base crisp rather than chewy.
It keeps the charcoal in one defined space instead of spread across the fire bowl. That makes a two-zone fire easier to build and hold, makes the grill quicker to light, and makes the leftover charcoal easy to lift out with the ash rather than sifting for it.
For searing, yes. Cast iron holds far more heat than a thin steel grate, so the bars stay hot when cold meat goes on and leave a defined sear instead of grey lines. For low and slow cooking the difference matters much less.
