At the centre are the kamado grills of the Ultra Series. Two models, one build: The Beast in matte and The Beauty in high gloss with a diamond pattern. Ceramic, the 51 cm grate, the two-zone system, the ventilation and the warranty are identical across both — the choice is aesthetic, not functional.

A kamado is a ceramic grill in an egg shape. The difference from a steel kettle grill is in the wall: thick ceramic stores heat instead of radiating it away, so the grill holds temperature for hours on far less charcoal, and works as a grill, a smoker and an oven.
How big is the grate on an Evolve kamado?
The grate measures 51 cm, around 2,040 cm² of cooking surface. That is roughly 8 to 21 percent more than most comparable kamados — a Big Green Egg Large, for example, is 46 cm and 1,688 cm².
What does an Evolve kamado cost?
Prices run from EUR 749 for The Beauty as a solo kamado and EUR 799 for The Beast, up to EUR 1,199 and EUR 1,249 for a fully equipped Chef Combo with cart, side tables, cast iron grates, pizza stone, tools and ash container.
What warranty comes with the ceramic?
The ceramic base and dome carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner, validated with proof of purchase. Normal wear and wear parts such as the gasket are excluded.
